About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Rx Guarantee EFT/check payment processes
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly payment processing and approvals
- Partner with Accounts Payable, Treasury, S/AM, and Finance
- Respond to customer payment inquiries
- Track payment status and resolve payment issues
- Receive, validate, and enter information into Finance systems
- Maintain audit documentation and payment records
- Maintain internal controls and tracking reports for reconciliations and analysis
- Monitor and update controls to ensure compliance
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve complex and varied work-process issues
- Interpret and communicate departmental and organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- PBM billing experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- Experience with financial controls preferred
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Ability to work virtually while attending required in-person training
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting-location office unless legally required accommodation is granted
