About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Solve problems, perform analysis, research, and test functions for systems and networks
  • Provide trouble resolution for complex problems

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide occasional after-hours support for critical business issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in information systems, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, or equivalent education and experience
  • Significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines
  • Active Directory forest and domain architecture expertise
  • Organizational Unit (OU) design and management
  • Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • LDAP services
  • Trust relationships
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate services
  • Federation technologies
  • Kerberos authentication
  • Microsoft Entra ID
