About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze attribution, affinity, membership, claims, provider, and utilization data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business impacts
Serve as a primary contact for Markets, Advisors, and business partners for ad hoc inquiries related to attribution, membership, provider alignment, and performance metrics
Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and data extracts
Investigate and resolve data quality issues, including attribution discrepancies, membership inconsistencies, and provider population variances
Collaborate with business, IT, and data engineering teams to implement new reporting capabilities and improve existing processes
May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs
Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs
Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred
Strong experience with relational databases and advanced SQL
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Experience in healthcare analytics, especially Value-Based Care, Attribution, or Affinity models
Proficiency in tools such as SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical platforms
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with Agile environments, data pipelines, and ETL processes
Experience in mentoring or leading analysts
