About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a BA/BS
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year leadership/management experience
  • Service delivery coordination or discharge planning experience preferred
  • Behavioral health experience in a managed care setting preferred
  • LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license preferred
  • Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed
