Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic consultation and partnership in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management
Support leaders across the Health Benefits Operations organization by translating business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans
Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and business insights to inform decision-making and develop compelling recommendations for executive and operational leaders
Coach leaders through organizational change, helping drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR or equivalent role
2 years leading strategic workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development
any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
