About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic consultation and partnership in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management
  • Support leaders across the Health Benefits Operations organization by translating business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans
  • Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and business insights to inform decision-making and develop compelling recommendations for executive and operational leaders
  • Coach leaders through organizational change, helping drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR or equivalent role
  • 2 years leading strategic workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development
  • any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
