About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop strategies, programs, and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights, and industry trends to support digital strategy
Research and evaluate new digital market concepts and solutions and determine their fit within the existing portfolio of services
Develop strategic roadmaps and competitive benchmark assessments
Identify and evaluate potential solutions supporting market offerings
Work with business partners to foster multidisciplinary collaboration, create business cases, and deploy solutions engaging target populations and addressing market needs
Partner with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies
Gather and assess market requirements through competitive intelligence, emerging trends, stakeholder feedback, and consumer feedback
Support growth and development of digital experiences and strategies across markets
Support business partners in identifying and deploying innovative healthcare and digital solutions
Evaluate digital concepts, opportunities, and vendors to assess value and ecosystem fit

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in solution strategy, digital product management, and development of digital software products, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Executive-level presence with strong presentation and communication skills preferred
Advanced PowerPoint development skills preferred
Familiarity with AI assistant tools such as ChatGPT, Spark, Copilot, and Google Gemini strongly preferred
Consulting experience or strong consulting skills preferred
Healthcare industry experience in a direct-to-consumer capacity preferred
Experience engineering and coding custom AI tools strongly preferred
MBA or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in-office 3 days per week
Ability to work within a reasonable commuting distance from an Elevance Health office unless an accommodation is granted
Candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza, subject to stated exceptions
