About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical direction, guidance and resources to associates on a day-to-day basis
Serve as a first line resource for financial operations associates for workflow and technical related processes
Provide operational training, assist associates by answering day-to-day technical questions
Monitor inventory to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted
Handle complex case research and resolution
Review and monitor associates work for quality standards
Review department policy and procedure manuals for accuracy
Research operations workflow problems and system irregularities
Assist with the development and testing of process improvement solutions and operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related experience
Previous experience in high-volume operations claims processing is strongly preferred
Experience working in WGS is highly preferred
Work experience in FACETS is highly preferred
