About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages strategic projects, reports and analysis
Leads the development and direction of selected issues and projects
Supports complex, high-profile initiatives at the direction of the VP of Growth & Strategy
Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy
Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines
Facilitates or leads discovery sessions with business unit and growth & strategy teams
Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions
Identifies and proposes opportunities to improve initiative’s results
Propagates execution methods, techniques, or approaches that improve execution confidence
Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
minimum of 10 years of related experience
Strong program management skills
Prior strategy or management consulting experience
Experience translating complex, technical information into presentation-friendly formats including graphical displays
Healthcare domain experience preferred
Prior experience supporting complex, high-profile initiatives
Program/project set-up, advisory, governance, and management experience preferred
Developing and delivering Executive-level communications preferred
Master’s degree preferred.
