About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understands all aspects of the business
Partners with executive leadership, including direct support of the President CarelonRx Pharmacy to define strategy
Monitors and synthesizes business performance
Translates strategy into defined tactics and priorities
Supports leadership operating cadence
Documents strategic priorities and reports on customer insight research initiatives
Builds relationships across the organization to help solve complex business problems
Proposes opportunities to improve results
Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of planning and project activities
Develops executive-level materials, insights, and communications to support leadership decision making
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in a related field
Minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience
3 years of strategic planning experience
Experience in strategy, consulting, or business planning preferred
Cross-functional leadership experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Strong executive communication and presentation skills highly preferred
Data analysis capabilities preferred.
