Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree
Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Previous experience in an Associate/Employee Relations or Human Resources position strongly preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively with leaders of all levels, both written and verbal, strongly preferred
Strong consultative and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders strongly preferred
