Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in a related field
minimum of 8 years of professional contract and negotiation experience
paralegal certification and/or training in the legal field preferred
healthcare contracting experience strongly preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft, Conga) preferred; Conga strongly preferred
experience with AI contract review assistance preferred
