About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, renewal strategies for group accounts
Making formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients
Analyzing utilization data and presenting reports and recommended changes
Supporting customers acting as a consistent advisor for clinical program performance and recommendations
Meeting with key customers frequently to review clinical data, costs, and ROI
Partnering with account management and analytics to prepare insightful reporting
Evaluating account utilization data to identify areas to target or new programming/options
Preparing responses to RFPs and analytical reports for accounts in support of the program
Developing relationships with consultants and brokers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
Minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
RN license and/or other clinical credentials preferred
Business/consulting background preferred
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills
