About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Effectively manages the provider relations and contracting team
- Ensures access to high-quality LTSS services and cost efficiency
- Oversees provider contracting strategies
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with provider organizations, advocacy groups, and regulatory partners
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience in provider contracting
- Strongly preferred a minimum of 8 years provider relations, LTSS network development, or managed LTSS
- Knowledge of Kansas Medicaid and LTSS program requirements and reimbursement methodologies preferred
