About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

planning, directing, and controlling multiple teams of resources and initiatives
planning and execution of company-wide efforts and goals
manages budgetary constraints
interfaces with key technology solution vendors
develops application technology plans and strategies
managing disaster recovery and business continuity plan
identifies and resolves hurdles for assigned areas/groups according to established deadlines
partners with customers in order to understand new product enhancements or features being requested
hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports
plans and executes annual projects while maintaining profit and loss (P&L) responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
minimum of 8 years of IT management experience
experience working in a managed care environment strongly preferred
advance knowledge working with Federal Employee Programs (FEP)
strong engineering background with hands-on understanding of modern enterprise platforms and architectures
extensive experience working on technologies such as PEGA, AI/ML, cloud-native solutions, and data-driven platforms
experience leading groups and teams in efforts to foster tight collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and operations
