Key responsibilities & impact

Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve claims operations and overall service delivery
Partner with leaders across the organization to implement strategic plans and shared goals
Manage the resolution of intra-organizational issues
Execute objectives of the company and the blended Digital Ops organization
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Oversee strategic planning, budget development, and management
Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place
Provide operational guidance and system solutions
Develop a strong team through training and effective organizational practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
minimum of 8 years experience leading technology teams and/or cross-functional project teams
7 years' management experience
proven experience leading large Claims Operations teams
proven experience leading Claims Operations strategy
digital literacy
health insurance industry experience
claims operational experience
Process Improvement/Six Sigma skillset
