Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for shipping, evaluating, securing, and supporting real systems
Developing on agentic AI engineering technology
Daily or weekly use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex-style agents, or similar
Model evaluation and quality measurement
Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
Minimum of 7 years multi platform and/or business and technical applications experience
Strong software engineering fundamentals including cloud-native development, APIs and microservices
Experience building or integrating AI agents, tool/function calling, RAG, memory, model routing, evaluations, guardrails, observability, and secure API/tool access strongly preferred
Production support experience preferred
