Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience;
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments preferred;
Demonstrated success leading the design and delivery of scalable digital learning solutions;
Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 and eLearning Brothers tools;
Strong consulting and needs analysis skills;
Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams;
Experience evaluating learning effectiveness using data and continuously improving solutions preferred.
