About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement robust, reusable full-stack applications
Participate in and perform technical design reviews and code reviews
Define application scope, objectives, and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional partners
Facilitate sessions for requirements clarification, technical design discussions, and troubleshooting complex issues
Work closely with product teams to plan and prioritize development work
Create and maintain technical documentation
Plan, schedule, and implement change deployments
Investigate major incidents and drive faster resolutions
Provide release and production support
Assess current system status and support data planning
Mentor team members and lead small projects
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years related experience
Multi-dimensional platform experience
Expert level experience with business and technical applications
5 years of experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot is a plus
Strong experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
Strong grasp of unit testing, integration testing, TDD concepts, automated test frameworks, and performance/load testing approaches
Understanding of application security requirements, protocols, and frameworks
Experience in healthcare or insurance technology is a plus.
