Key responsibilities & impact

Defining and managing the scope of business systems projects
Managing integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system
Creating feature test strategies and environment needs
Providing the link between the technical and business views of the system
Ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
Anticipating and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensuring high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements
Assisting in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs
Proactively working with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements
Developing use cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
Minimum of 3 years experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies
Project management experience and training in facilitation preferred
Strong data/analytical capability preferred
Agile framework experience preferred
SQL experience strongly preferred
Facets experience with Provider Domain Expertise strongly preferred
Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred
