Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders and product/digital teams to gather and document requirements for IT projects
Maintain open communication between IT teams and business units
Facilitate solution development by translating business needs into technical specifications
Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope data
Conduct cost/benefit analyses and build support for business change throughout the business unit
Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS in a related field
minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives
Masters degree preferred
Experience and knowledge of financial planning models and methodology
data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement and change management experience strongly preferred
Experience and knowledge in understanding Six Sigma methodologies
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred
Experience interacting confidently with senior management
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
