Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business, product, and technology workflows and design multi-agent systems
Perform analysis on current capabilities versus desired capabilities
Conduct testing and ensure standard processes, policies, and guidelines are utilized
Document workflows and assist in training associates on new processes
Facilitate process design meetings and execute implementation plans for new processes
Monitor emerging advancements in agentic AI and translate innovations into practical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience authoring and analyzing technology processes
Knowledge of process/maturity models in the applicable domain (ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma, COBIT)
Familiarity with process design, mapping, quality tools, and organizational change management concepts
7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, automation engineering, or technical product development preferred
3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML-driven systems in production environments preferred
Experience defining system architectures, APIs, and integration patterns within enterprise environments highly preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
