Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting all month-close functions including closing, analysis, and reporting
Providing project leadership
Reviewing and preparing interpretation of accounting transactions and results
Preparing financial, business, and process presentations
Identifying complex accounting problems or issues related to workflow processes, researching solutions, and implementing corrective steps
Coordinating, managing, and leading complex projects and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
minimum of 3 years accounting experience
Advanced Excel proficiency preferred
Experience with Power Query and advanced digital capabilities (chatGPT) preferred
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
Previous work experience with month end close processes, account reconciliation and statutory accounting principles preferred
