Key responsibilities & impact

provide legal advice on enterprise-wide technology and international operations matters
advise on development, use and sale of digital health technology products
collaborate across the enterprise to provide legal support
assess legal risk and propose risk mitigation options
partner with Public Affairs and Compliance teams to identify evolving regulations
provide ongoing internal education and training on legal issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a JD, current license to practice law
minimum of 15 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure
experience in managing outside counsel
JD from an ABA accredited law school preferred
experience advising on technology products and service delivery
deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations
