Provider Relationship Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide quality, accessible and comprehensive service to the company's provider community
- Develop and maintain positive provider relationships through visits and communications
- Research, analyze, and coordinate resolution to complex provider issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to triage issues
- Coordinate Joint Operation Committees
- Conduct proactive outreach on managed care policies
- Participate in external Provider Townhalls/Seminars
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare or provider environment
- Provider facing experience (preferred)
- Claims experience (preferred)
- Medicaid experience (preferred)
