About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide quality, accessible and comprehensive service to the company's provider community
Develop and maintain positive provider relationships through visits and communications
Research, analyze, and coordinate resolution to complex provider issues
Collaborate with internal partners to triage issues
Coordinate Joint Operation Committees
Conduct proactive outreach on managed care policies
Participate in external Provider Townhalls/Seminars

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
2 years of experience in a healthcare or provider environment
Provider facing experience (preferred)
Claims experience (preferred)
Medicaid experience (preferred)
