About the role
- Providing triage support for ASO contracts and other alternately funded type agreements
- Assisting in ASO contract negotiations
- Drafting ASO, stop loss, and other alternately funded agreements
- Reviewing, researching, and quantifying the impact of contract/agreement modifications
- Utilizing contract language expertise to draft or recommend customized alternative language provisions
- Resolving questions pertaining to contracts with sales
- Triaging alternative language contract issues as appropriate
- Reviewing and maintaining working knowledge of related laws and regulations and supporting compliance efforts
- Mentoring new team members on contract administration processes
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS
- Minimum of 6 years of healthcare experience
- Contract language development, negotiation, or administration experience
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft, Conga)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to translate project and process management tools and processes to contract development activity strongly preferred.
