About the role
- Develop and manage an implementation plan aligned with statewide Youth Navigator Program goals
- Establish project timelines, workplans, milestones, and deliverables for launch readiness
- Lead project meetings and identify, document and prioritize scope changes
- Identify and mitigate clinical risks and make clinical recommendations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent the program at community meetings and coalitions
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years professional project management experience
- At least 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks
- Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field is preferred
- 3+ years of project/program management experience in behavioral health, child/youth services, healthcare, or cross-system care coordination is preferred
- Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects is strongly preferred
