💰 $86,020 - $129,030 per year

About the role

  • Develop and manage an implementation plan aligned with statewide Youth Navigator Program goals
  • Establish project timelines, workplans, milestones, and deliverables for launch readiness
  • Lead project meetings and identify, document and prioritize scope changes
  • Identify and mitigate clinical risks and make clinical recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Represent the program at community meetings and coalitions

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years professional project management experience
  • At least 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks
  • Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience in behavioral health, child/youth services, healthcare, or cross-system care coordination is preferred
  • Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects is strongly preferred
