About the role

  • Lead the financial strategy and development of financial metrics for complex federal RFP submissions
  • Translate RFP requirements into detailed staffing models, workload forecasts, and comprehensive cost builds
  • Oversee development and validation of defensible Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
  • Validate workload assumptions, staffing ratios, productivity metrics, and ramp schedules using historical data and benchmarking
  • Partner with Pricing leadership to align cost builds with price-to-win strategy

Requirements

  • BA/BS in accounting or finance
  • a minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a high-level financial analysis position
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or Master’s degree in accounting is required
  • experience supporting senior management
  • ability to project manage autonomously
  • experience with government contracting and/or Medicare Administrative Contracts preferred
