About the role
- Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs.
- Develops or collaborates with Development staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
- Leads projects which impacts data maintenance on HRIS applications.
- Advises HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems.
- Manages program and project implementations.
- Provides direction and guidance to team members and serve as an expert for the team.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Security Administration experience with governance/design strategy, security support models, business process security highly preferred.
- Securable Item Permissions experience with being proficient with configuring domain and business process policies across multiple functions highly preferred.
- HCM Security experience with understanding role-based, user-based, segmented groups role assignments highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable on authentication practices and policies and multi-factor authentication highly preferred.
- Workday HCM Security Certified preferred.
- Knowledge and exposure with PRISM preferred.
