About the role
- Provide financial leadership, decision support and strategic direction
- Support managers and directors to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
- Manage finance team’s process improvement for ongoing growth activities
- Prepare internal management reports and perform comprehensive analysis of financial and statistical results
- Conduct and document complex financial, business and process related analysis
Requirements
- BA/BS in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience in high-level financial analysis position
- CPA, CMA, MBA or Master’s degree in accounting required
- Experience supporting senior management
- Ability to project manage autonomously
- Experience with government contracting and/or Medicare Administrative Contracts preferred
