About the role
- Analyzing, reporting and developing recommendations on data related to multiple, varied business metrics
- Creating and maintaining databases to track business performance
- Analyzing data and summarizing performance using summary statistical procedures
- Developing and analyzing business performance reports for claims data, provider data, and utilization data
- Providing notations of performance deviations and anomalies
- Creating and publishing periodic reports, making recommendations, and developing ad hoc reports as needed
- Monthly reporting for CMS
- Partnering with business, operations, and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- Requires a BS/BA degree in related field
- Minimum of 2 years related operational and/or data analysis experience
- Experience in database structures and standard query and reporting tools
- Extensive experience with MS Excel strongly preferred
- Experience utilizing Power BI strongly preferred
- Medicare or healthcare claims operational knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in regulated environments strongly preferred
