Conduct feasibility analysis for external customers
Perform commercial analytics by developing predictive models and advanced analytics solutions
Prepare analytical data sets in support of modeling studies
Develop and deliver customized reports for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring clarity and relevance
Design and implement scalable analytics pipeline, advanced statistical models to solve business problems
Conduct exploratory data analysis to support new product development
Proactively collaborate with business partners to determine identified population segments and develop actionable plans to enable the identification of patterns related to quality, use, cost and other variables

Requirements

Requires MS, MA, or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, cognitive science, economics, or operations research
Minimum of 3 years direct experience programming large, multi-source datasets with SAS
Minimum of 3 years in health care setting
Proficiency with SQL, SQL Server, R or Python strongly preferred
Intermediate to Advanced expertise with software such as SAS Stat, SAS ETS, SAS Enterprise Miner or equivalents strongly preferred
Strong understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, ML libraries
Experience with visualization and business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) strongly preferred
Familiarity with healthcare datasets (i.e. closed claims, EHR/EMR), market access analytics, and commercial strategies in the pharmaceutical domain
Experience in developing and conducting training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with AWS and Cloud environments
Proven ability to design modeling studies and experience with data models, addressing data quality issues in study design, constructing robust and efficient analytical data sets strongly preferred.
Significant experience in healthcare related field strongly preferred.
