About the role

Role involves development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year programs\n
Oversees enterprise-wide programs of $7M-$10M+ size with multiple concurrent sub-projects or equal complexity\n
Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems\n
Responsibilities include initiating, planning, executing, closing, and controlling\n
Develops reports, data applications, and analytic development to support overpayment identification, business decision-making, and strategic objectives\n
Coordinates resources, ensures data accuracy and timely delivery, and builds relationships with internal stakeholders\n
Translates technical data insights into business terms (and vice versa)\n
Improves efficiency by understanding processes and workflows\n
Develops analytic-specific product feature requirements and test cases and post-implement plans\n
Develops requirements documents\n
Coaches and mentors team members; identifies training and tool needs; develops training plans

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; minimum 10 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development with 3 years leading and directing project tasks; or equivalent background\n
Experience creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, and communicating effectively at all levels\n
Experience working with project management tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools
