About the role
- Directs projects, initiatives, regulatory sanctions, executive-sponsored initiatives
- Leads compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels
- Leads complex investigations and documents findings
- Establishes and maintains effective compliance governance forums
- Develops strategic plans and makes recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS
- Minimum of 8 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience
- Strong leadership/managerial skills
- Prior Healthcare industry/Medicaid experience preferred
- Ability to drive and execute compliance initiatives and strategies effectively
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred
