About the role
- Research, extrapolate, compile and validate data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues
- makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign-off and to implement
- develops and updates flows and end-user documentation based on research and system changes
- facilitates issues meetings
- assists in managing intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin
Requirements
- Requires H.S. diploma
- 3-5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation
- any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- BA/BS preferred
