About the role
- managing overall vendor performance per contractual service level agreements (SLA)
- ensuring vendor conformity to enterprise standards, operational processes and management guidelines
- developing effective business relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and key decision makers
- directing the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going vendor programs
- providing subject matter expertise in response to strategic business issues
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of process improvement, inventory management, contract management, vendor management, project management experience
- any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
