About the role
- Responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis and reporting
- Configure value-based care platform in accordance with contract terms
- Run ad hoc analyses and perform financial reconciliations
- Analyze business performance reports
- Create and publish periodic reports
- Establish and optimize consolidating processes for forecasts
- Prepare executive summary reports for decision-making
- Drive communication of analytics and strategies with team members
Requirements
- Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience with relational databases
- Knowledge of query tools and statistical software
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, or similar data manipulation tools
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for presentations
- Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance
