About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert for Financial Operations
- Consult with management on solutions to global business issues and organization improvements
- Analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identify improvements and standardization opportunities
- Develop, test and present process improvement solutions for systems, accounts and workflows
- Lead committees or work groups to develop, implement and document financial operations processes, procedures and systems
- Represent Financial Operations organization on strategic projects and initiatives
- Work with management to develop regional and corporate financial operations strategy
- Create and implement enterprise-wide process improvements
- Counsel and influence other departments and Financial Operations management to shape positive outcomes
Requirements
- BA/BS and minimum of 8 years’ experience in business analysis, accounting or finance; or any combination of education and experience
- Project management experience
- MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA or applicable professional designation preferred
- Prior experience working with automated financial systems and/or data systems strongly preferred
- Experience using ACR, CCERT, SQL and JIRA is strongly preferred
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
