About the role
- Managing autism services and behavioral health treatment benefits through written review
- Assessing member needs to ensure access to medically necessary quality behavioral healthcare
- Performing ABA initial treatment assessment reviews and treatment monitoring to promote quality member outcomes
- Serving as a resource to other BH Care Managers and assisting with complex cases
Requirements
- Requires MA/MS in social work counseling or related behavioral health field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with applied behavioral analysis and autism services
- Current, active, unrestricted license such as a LBA or acceptable equivalent (BCBA) as per state laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have previous experience in case management/utilization management with autism services
