Field Construction Manager
Electrical Consultants, Inc.Field Construction Manager supporting nationwide projects for electrical construction and substation management. Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in construction activities with a focus on high voltage systems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support projects nationwide as a field construction manager
- Responsible for actual construction of the project
- Functions include safety supervision, quality control/quality assurance supervision, daily on-site reporting, and environmental compliance inspection
- Reports to the project manager for project specific issues and to the Manager of Quality Assurance for assignments to projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- OSHA 30 trained or MSHA equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience in transmission line or substation construction
- Understanding of high and medium voltage electrical transmission/substation/distribution systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Knowledge of SharePoint and ftp protocol software
- Frequent travel is expected
