About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support projects nationwide as a field construction manager
Responsible for actual construction of the project
Functions include safety supervision, quality control/quality assurance supervision, daily on-site reporting, and environmental compliance inspection
Reports to the project manager for project specific issues and to the Manager of Quality Assurance for assignments to projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

OSHA 30 trained or MSHA equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in transmission line or substation construction
Understanding of high and medium voltage electrical transmission/substation/distribution systems
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Knowledge of SharePoint and ftp protocol software
Frequent travel is expected
