About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute state and national real estate strategies aligned to growth, EBIT and ROC objectives
- Identify high-value market opportunities and drive expansion across NSW, including network growth and franchise partnerships
- Oversee budgets, trust accounts, sales performance, inventory management, KPIs and financial outcomes
- Drive revenue growth and cost discipline for sustainable commercial performance
- Lead national and state sales plans
- Support sales teams to achieve earnings targets and consistent sales excellence
- Provide market insights, forecasting and performance reporting for strategic decision-making
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities using data to drive interventions
- Coach, develop and uplift capability across sales and property management teams
- Deliver tailored training, support talent development and drive a high-performance culture
- Champion the Elders brand across NSW and build relationships with clients, franchisees, communities and industry partners
- Support cross-product collaboration, referrals and whole-of-business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep real estate industry expertise at a senior level
- Track record of leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams
- Strong coaching and people-development capability
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Expertise across residential property, sales processes and NSW market trends
- Commitment to service excellence and brand leadership
- Real estate licence preferred
- Driver’s licence
