About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving operational consistency and performance across residential branches
  • Monitoring business performance and assisting branches to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Coaching and mentoring branch leaders, sales agents and property management teams
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and capability development across the network
  • Implementing systems and processes that improve productivity and customer experience
  • Supporting sales pipeline management and property management portfolio growth
  • Leading compliance, trust accounting governance and risk management activities
  • Working collaboratively with senior leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive leadership experience within real estate operations, sales and/or property management
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive profitable outcomes
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership capability
  • Experience managing multiple offices or business units (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance and operational risk within the real estate industry
  • A current Real Estate Licence (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience are highly desirable.
