About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- A CEM will drive technology and analytics delivery by managing client relationships, consulting projects, and technology teams.
- Contribute to project planning as it relates to resources required, applicable solutions, scope, schedule, cost, and client engagement.
- Facilitate client engagements and relationships in partnership with other leaders, with an eye towards growth and expansion.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics like utilization, burn rate, timeline, and risk.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or technical field.
- Multi-year experience with project management and/or software development lifecycles
- Multi-year experience managing and delivering complex projects
- Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy) and managing client engagements with either internal or external clients
- Multi-year experience growing and expanding business portfolios
