About the role

  • Gather user insights to deeply understand user needs and inform product development.
  • Carry out user tests to validate design choices, ensure usability, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs, keeping simplicity and clarity in focus.
  • Develop and maintain a UI kit in close collaboration with developers, standardizing components and design policies across teams.
  • Support and standardize design principles and workflows across ElBits, guiding teams in product initiatives.
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops, internally and with customers, covering ideation, user insight, product strategy, and testing.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality design work in cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and domain experts.
  • Ensure continuity, quality, and speed in design delivery across multiple product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in SaaS product environments.
  • Strong experience with Figma.
  • Proven experience in gathering insights, running user tests, and iterating products from concept to delivery.
  • Experience working closely with developers and other designers in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing for both B2B and B2C users.
  • You are well-versed in Norwegian.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced product environments, be proactive, and take initiative.
