About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with your Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, execute strategic campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline across your territory.
  • Create Meaningful Conversations: Engage inbound and outbound prospects through a thoughtful multi-channel approach. Ask great questions, uncover business challenges, and qualify opportunities that create value for both the customer and our sales teams.
  • Leverage Technology: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, AI-powered tools, and other sales technologies to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, personalize your outreach, and maximize your effectiveness.
  • Become an Elastic Expert: Develop a strong understanding of the Elastic platform, our AI-powered solutions, and the industries we serve so you can confidently articulate business value and connect customer challenges with the right solutions.
  • Learn, Grow, and Own Your Development: Take ownership of your growth by embracing coaching, continuous feedback, and ongoing enablement. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who are invested in helping you build a successful long-term career at Elastic.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level language skills in region and professional fluency in English.
  • Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We're equally excited to meet ambitious early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales.
  • A strong drive to succeed and a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
  • A highly coachable mindset: you actively seek feedback, embrace challenges, and continuously look for ways to improve.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects confidently through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
