Operations

• Lead and guide our Business Units and Core Functions (including People & Culture, Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT) and their managers, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Define, communicate, and execute the operational strategic plan and goals in coordination with executives.
• Establish and track key operational KPIs to assess efficiency and inform decision-making.
• Own the Core Functions budget and ensure financial discipline while enabling growth and innovation.
• Translate C-level direction into actionable plans, methodologies, and results.
• Act as liaison between operations and Business Units, driving smooth collaboration.
• Define policies, processes, and tools that enable effective and compliant operations.
• Manage and develop direct and indirect reports, building strong teams and succession pipelines.
• Inspire and motivate teams by fostering Ekumen’s values of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
