About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic client projects (multi-accounts) or a major regional project under Partner supervision.
  • Define, steer, and monitor strategic project roadmaps leveraging Ekimetrics solutions models and standards.
  • Ensure robust governance: data quality, model accuracy, actionable insights, and on-time, high-value delivery.
  • Pilot portfolio growth, margin, costs, and ROI to meet business objectives.
  • Secure alignment of resources for high-quality delivery in line with Ekimetrics’ strategy.
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.
  • Support clients in optimizing marketing spend, improving segmentation, enhancing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI.
  • Lead contributions to RFPs and pitches, reinforcing Ekimetrics’ commercial visibility.
  • Line manage multiple team members, overseeing performance, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and talent assessments, while ensuring high-quality delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead HR and talent development initiatives, including annual talent reviews, career development planning, succession planning, and retention strategies, achieving retention of direct reports.
  • Mentor and coach managers, analysts, and junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and developing team capabilities.
  • Recruit, align, and develop resources to build high-performing teams, retaining top talent.
  • Encourage collaboration, communication, and high engagement across squads.
  • Serve as the operational and strategic point of contact for key accounts, maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and support global account growth strategies.
  • Contribute to the scoping and design of new projects, ensuring business cases align with Ekimetrics capabilities.
  • Represent Ekimetrics externally at conferences, events, and client forums.
  • Track and animate realized client business gains from Ekimetrics partnership, drive a narrative of program value to account stakeholders.
  • Share and document best practices across the community to promote mastery of delivery.
  • Contribute to building/developing verticals, domains, or leading strategic projects locally or globally.
  • Contribute to upskilling strategies for office teams in client management, PMO, and project leadership.
  • Act as an ambassador of Eki culture role-modelling Ekimetrics’ core values: Curiosity, Creativity, Excellence, Generosity, Enjoyment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 9+ years’ experience in econometrics, MMM, marketing effectiveness, or data science analytics.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in Python, SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools; experience with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud/data platforms is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of econometrics, regression, Bayesian statistics, and advanced modelling techniques.
  • Proven ability to handle large datasets, optimise pipelines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Track record of translating complex model outputs into strategic, business-focused recommendations.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Experienced in line management, HR responsibilities, Performance reviews and career development.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in mentoring, coaching, talent development, and fostering team growth.
  • Skilled in client account management, maintaining relationships, and driving portfolio growth.
  • Contributes to thought leadership and forward-looking perspectives on marketing measurement and MMM.
