About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, structure, and lead complex learning programs and learning journeys aligned with business priorities
Manage a portfolio of multidimensional learning solutions
Support managers and HR teams in identifying skills needs
Develop blended and multimodal learning pathways
Provide senior expertise on learning methodologies and innovative pedagogical approaches
Monitor and manage learning KPIs
Work in close collaboration with the Learning Operations Specialist
Design communication materials and campaigns to promote the learning offering

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) preferred in HR, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or equivalent
Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in learning program management, managing complex learning projects, skills development, or learning consulting
Experience in an international, matrixed, and fast-transforming environment is highly valued
