About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Implement and uphold office policies, health, and safety procedures.
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and office rituals.
- Track the office budget and prepare expense reports.
- Act as the primary liaison for office visitors, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
- Partner closely with Finance, People, and IT teams on onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or operations roles.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and office infrastructure.
- Experience with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to plan and execute internal events.
- Experience with global, multi-stakeholder management and coordination across teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
