About the role

  • You will work on a variety of tasks that are operational, analytical and creative:
  • Training organization (40%): Plan and coordinate sessions (invitations, reminders, attendance tracking)
  • Manage registrations through platforms (LMS)
  • Ensure administrative follow-up and compliance
  • Tools & data management (40%): Monitor metrics (participation, completion, engagement)
  • Consolidate data from various tools (LMS…)
  • Update dashboards and contribute to reporting
  • Analyze performance and propose corrective action plans
  • Learning & content experience (20%): Update catalogs and optimize learning pathways
  • Improve the learner experience (navigation, usability)
  • Contribute to the creation of learning content (training materials, e‑learning, interactive content)

Requirements

  • Master’s student in HR, Educational Sciences or a related field
  • A first experience in HR or Learning & Development is a plus
  • Comfortable with digital tools (LMS/LXP, collaboration tools…)
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable handling and analysing data
  • Interest in pedagogy and e‑learning
  • Knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE, 70‑20‑10…) appreciated
  • Bonus: experience with Teach Up, PlayPlay, Canva
  • Detail‑oriented and well organized
  • Analytical mindset
  • Adaptability and agility
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
