Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, ETL).
Automate data quality checks and data validation processes.
Optimize storage, query performance, and infrastructure costs.
Work closely with AI teams to feed training pipelines, feature stores and deployment workflows.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Design and Software Engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver robust, actionable solutions.
Define and enforce standards for data governance, metadata management and data lineage.
Ensure data integrity, security and compliance.
Participate in engineering rituals (code reviews, design discussions, incident response).
Identify and fix defects and performance issues.
Clearly document developments and propose technical improvements.
Contribute to recruitment and the upskilling of junior profiles.
Take part in office life and internal initiatives.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
Strong command of Python and SQL.
Experience with Databricks.
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse).
Ability to deliver well-scoped, reliable, high-quality features.
Discipline in applying engineering standards (testing, documentation, code review).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and autonomy.
Smooth collaboration with Product, QA, Data and Software teams.
Proactivity, curiosity and open-mindedness.
English level B1/B2
